When looking to create the perfect entertainment atmosphere for our wedding,

we couldn’t have imagined a more rocking and fun band then Velvet Kiss. 

Chatting to Billie-Lee before the big day was like chatting to an old friend. 

She totally got the music vibe I was after and spent the weeks leading up preparing an

awesome song repertoire and a nostalgic 90’s pop playlist. 

Velvet Kiss go above and beyond to ensure your night has all those personal touches. 

Not only did they play “Sex on fire” for our wedding dance

but they also learnt the Father daughter dance and some of my favourite songs

including taking on the rap in crazy town’s “Butterfly”. 

They know how to read the crowd and did so exceptionally with our family and friends

transitioning from the laid back beach vibe to Party tunes. 

I absolutely loved dancing the nutbush and time warp in my wedding dress.

The band has an ever growing songlist and were more than happy to take on request….

even my new husbands daring choice of

“Killing in the name of” by Rage against the machine,

just one of the entertaining memories of the night. 

  Professional, friendly and so much fun,

I highly recommend Velvet Kiss and my only regret was not booking them longer.

billie Lee, we had a ball, and the fact that you took up the challenge

to sing a Hot Chocolate song using an iphone,without rehearsing was memorable.

Also, playing happy birthday for one of the wedding guests

and accompanying a song made that little bit extra,

which we hadn't expected beforehand.

Velvet Kiss got all the wedding guests on the dance floor

and got them swinging on many classic songs!
